You root for IU now. You get to listen to their terrible fans for the next couple decades.
You think those fans, the same ones that rooted for UL because “they’re in the state” would have learned.

“Louisville needs to be good it’s good for us”.

One of the worst takes I’ve ever seen on a message board. These are those types. They don’t learn but it’s because they aren’t bright enough. The comments above are proof enough of that.

I was wrong. This version of Miami is closer to what they looked like at the beginning of the season.. Hard to see IU pulling away. Coming down to the last possession

Just kick the punt. Quit being cute. Can't make mistakes against IU.

Only problem is, man, Indiana is gonna be talkin mad sht about how they’re “a power football school” now and basketball doesn’t matter. lol.

It’s all that coach. When he goes they go. Back to the cellar.
I was really hoping he took the Penn State job.

I don't understand why the punter takes 5 steps before punting when backed up against the goal line. Gotta get that ball out of there.

Dude ain't going anywhere for awhile. He's on the cusp of winning a football title at freaking INDIANA. Cost of living is cheap in Bloomington and he's making bank. Dude is a king.

Helmet to helmet hit there. I have seen way less crap called targeting for that kinda tackle.
[/QUOTE]
And he launched at him like a high jumper. Good hit but targeting imo

I can understand how IU has a good offense bringing in an offensive minded coach. I don't understand how their defense has turned around so fast. How do you make 3 star guys cover and tackle like 5 stars?

Cuban bought them a team. Thats another reason I loathe IU.

That wasn't helmet to helmet. Only one this game was the one on Mendoza, that wasn't called. DB did come upwards but it was shoulder hit.

This is a team full of 3 star guys or less. They aren’t good because they bought the best. They built a team and the staff has the team bought into the vision. That’s why they are what they are. Moving forward they will sign way more 4-5 stars and yes pay them well I’m sure but this team isn’t good due to paying for it. I’m curious to see if Cignetti can duplicate the discipline and buy in from higher level athletes in the years to come.

IU doesn't fumble. They don't throw picks. They don't hold. They don't PI. QB always makes the right decision.

That's hard to overcome.

Yup they are one of the most prepared teams I’ve ever seen. Cignetti is a ridiculous coach. You can tell he instills discipline in every area of that team.

Who knows anymore. Grey area I guess. DB is short though, so anything will have to be a launch, lol.
Still seems he launched. Weather he is 5’6 or 6’4 I could have swore both of his feet were off the ground like he was doing the Goldberg spear to his neck head area. I loved the hit. Think it should be legal. But by the rules I would have thrown a flag if I was a zebra
