Now, I have never said or implied that decisions as to to where or how many agents to send to cities wasn't political. Everything that happens in the US these days is political. Politics has driven our lives for a number of years and 2 elections of Trump has only exacerbated the rhetoric.

Now, I could be an a--h--e and ask the names of those 50+ cities that have equal or greater numbers of undocumented migrants, but I know that you, I, and no one else for that matter . And, as I posted, that's a problem in itself. Admittedly I don't know why additional agents were sent to Minneapolis, but I assume that federal attorneys have estimated the possibility of $9 billions of fraud in the immigrant community might be a cause. There's clear video. In this instance, we don't need to be "in the minds" of anyone. This isn't a situation where intent matters ... where, for example, we need to determine if the person really feared for their own safety, or some similar exculpatory factor.

We see the woman's car driving AWAY from the cops ... the wheels are turned AWAY from the agents ... the vehicle drives AWAY from the agents ... the agent shoots from the side of the car ... the car which is driving past him, and AWAY from him.

This isn't a situation where reasonable opinions disagree, and both sides get equal footing.
