She absolutely was mofo. She had only pulled up a few minutes before, was politely waving cars by and we now know she stated to the officer that asked her to move that she was "pulling out" which she was attempting to do when she was shot in cold blood by an agent who wasn't following protocol by walking in front of her car and she didn't see because she was engaged with the officer to her left.
And you have a corrupt regime already claiming she's a deranged, radical left lunatic who was trying to run over an ICE agent.

well, admittedly, I don't know the intent of stepping in front of a car...whether that's part of the normal approach or whether the officer was just dumb. But, I've seen videos of multiple protests where protesters stand in front of ICE or LE cars as a means to stop movement. Also dumb, IMO, but apparently some people feel as if that's effective.
Not implying that you are incorrect, but how do you know she did not try to run over the agent? I read intelligent people analyze the videos and come away with totally divergent opinions. She seems to have been in this position to obstruct ICE - according to reports .
I really think the agent could have taken actions to avoid shooting. But not knowing the thoughts of either the driver or the agent just means we'll debate this until a court decides justification , or not, for shooting. And then we'll debate more.
