You got close lol. I remember many many many moons ago listening to the Hawks games on WHO on my AM car radio at night as the signal came in and faded out and came back in again and again lol. We were several hundreds of miles away from Iowa.
Liked the outcome but old school is for the birds...give me a live telecast any day!
These old eyes have watched so much bb I simply trust my assessment of team performance way better than Dolph's.

I listened on you tube but Dolph is hard to listen to. Watched the highlights this morning.
We lived in Illinois growing up and tuned into WHO for games. At night we could get the signal pretty well, although I remember it fading in and out occasionally.
I can't tell you how many times I cursed when Iowa was in a close game at the end, and it faded out lol.
That is so true!! I remember we could barely hear Jim Zabel going crazy, but couldn't tell what happened.
I thought the Hawks did pretty good rebound wise against the Bruins, not sure what final stats were. Assume Minny has some size so that will be a critical area. Also thought UCLA would put more pressure on us especially when Stirtz was out of the game. Will be interesting to see if we see more full court man to man as time goes on.
