More importantly, she's a great person, a fantastic mother and wife, and quite accomplished, being the managing partner of her law firm.

Tomorrow, Trump could say "I will never depose another country's leader" and all the MAGAts will cheer him as being "America first." The day after, he could depose another country's leader and the MAGAts will cheer him as being "America first." That could repeat ad infinitum until there are no other world leaders to depose, and they will support their Fuhrer throughout that process.

The woman in those photos shouldn't be sitting ... she should be working out and working toward a degree in a respectable field so she can afford the plastic surgery she needs to make her worthy of a random brag-post photo absolutely no one wanted to see.

They have been saying drugs, drugs, drugs for months now as they have been murdering people in boats. But you are right, since trump lies about everything, we should just assume he is lying about this.

And I am not that concerned about kidnapping Maduro. I am concerned about what next. trump says we will be "running venezuela" so that American oil companies can go down there and start pumping oil. What does that mean? If you caught Rubio on the Sunday shows, he seems to have no idea.

And I'll give you a fourth theory on why we did this... b/c trump's polling numbers are terrible. The economy isnt good. The Epstein files make him look really bad. It is looking more likely that the SC is going to rule against him on sending troops to American cities, which negates one of his election disruption strategies. His gerrymandering plans have not gone his way. He sees a pummeling in the midterms and knows he is toast when the dems take power.

The republican playbook dictates in situations like these, nothing is better than a good old fashioned war to galvanize support for the sitting president.

Except I didn't worship Biden ... not even close ... voted for him, and then pretty quickly saw his issues and wanted him out. And I definitely didn't worship, or even support, Kamala.

You consider a one hour exercise in Venezuela a war? I guess you haven't been in a war.

I don't like trump's answers either. Seems he might be a different page than some of his secretaries. I trust Rubio though. To me he has been the most pleasant surprise in this cabinet - Duffy a good second.

Well, I am pretty sure in order to "run" their country we will need boots on the ground, especially if trumps stated goal is true, to let american oil companies go down there and plunder.

Since you are a veteran of many wars, how else would you do that?

well you raise a question that I don't have an answer to. I don't know how you run a country in south America from Washington DC. And, I don't see Venezuela accepting that the US will send a "leader" there to take over. But, obviously trump has something in mind.

It's interesting, to me at least, that folks on the left are so outraged about trump arresting Maduro, but were OK with previous president's incursions into foreign nations...like Syria, Pakistan to get OBL, or similar. And I'm not trying to change the subject. Just pointing out the hypocrisy from both parties when the outrage seemingly helps their political positions. I pointed out that Biden placed a $25million bounty for info leading to the arrest of Maduro, Schumer in 2020 called out Trump, on the Senate floor, for not getting rid of Maduro. And republicans do the same thing when it benefits their positions. That's at least one reason why people distrust members of both parties.

Don’t be obtuse. There is a difference between forcing a leader out though sanctions, frozen accounts, etc and invading another country to kidnap their leader.
