Nice hard fought win against an another really tough opponent. Big Ten basketball as it’s meant to be. Stop whining about the refs.
Wow, hell of a gutsy win. Nothing going our way for a majority of the half and the refs were brutal. Hawks have a lot to work on.

Got exactly what I wanted. Make it so that UCLA is really pissed heading into Wisky. BTW F Wisky.
A 13-pt home win, is a 13-pt home win, against a better squad in the B1G .... but man was a lot of that 2nd half very I don't even know what the hell that was.
I know UCLA was a big part of it, but Iowa seemed to have called the game over at half and needed to be slapped a couple times to realize 'oh crap, the game hasn't been decided yet!'.
Bennett Stirtz is amazing. Iowa loses this game without him, probly even by about 20.

Good quality win. Showed a lot of guts to hang on when things were going awry. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this much mental toughness in the Iowa men’s basketball team.

UCLA former player Tracy Murray, radio guy and NBA player said pregame that UCLA knows how to stop a teams top player and Iowa will need the bench to step up.
