Arraijan, Panama. Look it up. We are kicking China the fook out. No more balloons, etc. This **** is deeper than drugs. Venezuela is a resource rich country that is an easy target for China and Russia.
Yeah because the US has no history of invading countries rich in resources. We are literally the only country with military bases located in every country with said resources. MSM has polluted too many American minds into believing Russia and China are the real threats despite all the evidence that clearly shows the US is the largest terrorist organization on the planet.

This isn’t about drugs, but I think a large number of our problems come from people not understanding how supply and demand work. The War on Drugs has been focused on trying to fix it by focusing on the supply side, and it’s been an absolute failed strategy for 50+ years.

If there is a demand for drugs and you restrict supply, people still want drugs, so the price just goes up. When the price goes up, you’re now incentivizing more people to join in on the supply side because of the crazy amount of money that can be made.

We spend $45 billion a year on it (around $1 trillion total), 1 in 5 people in jail are there for drug offenses, and the result is we haven’t seen a reduction in drugs.

So it's not the smart way to go about it.To the Trump administration's credit, they are pursuing a failed strategy that has been pursued by everybody since Nixon.

But it is a failed strategy.
You can't put a price on the free slave labor supplied by corporate prisons.

This is just the domino theory 2.0. China is taking over Latin America! Maybe, just maybe Latin America doesn’t like the way we deal with them and they are picking new business partners.

Oh yeah a ton of it is a crypto racket. It’s how Trump is getting massively rich this term (though his brain is too far gone to know what’s going on)
The irony about crypto is there is a permanent digital record(unless some sketchy crypto created affords some scrubbing). It’s sourcing the account which is the problem.

@RichOne420 has gone a bit over his skis but the general premise is accurate. The biggest fail in this country isn’t government but MSM. MSM as a WHOLE, is a steady propaganda machine but they’ve been exposed greatly in the last 10 years. They always get in line with implicit media bias and shield the govt at work. When media propaganda isn’t working, it’s forced upon…… CBS TikTok WaPo. But most of the time it’s implicit.

We are 57th in the world in press freedom. Thank goodness there are true independent actors or at least independent conservative and liberal voices to push back.

This has nothing to do with the war on drugs. This is taking control of our hemisphere. War on drugs is a front. We’re kicking China out. Biden let this **** go…
This is just part of the grand plan. Trump gets the Americas, Putin gets Europe and Xi gets Asia. Watch for China to move on Taiwan soon.

Smartest post in this thread. People just don’t understand the economics of prohibition. This doesn’t even get into how it enables the rise of the cartels and violence, which is always seen when a black market is created through prohibition.

Drugs or not this was not a leader we should like so taking him out should be good as long as someone can replace him that is good for their people and us.
This guy was not good for its own people.

MSM is controlled by the same few people that controls our establishment. Both are tools to paint false narratives and hopes while pushing divisionist fear to keep the people divided. Nothing will change until the people stop blaming each other for how poorly this country has been run and start accepting that the (D)'s and (R)'s are domestic terrorists.

This guy has never traveled outside of this country. He also keeps Fauxnews on the TV 24/7.

Trump literally used multiple deferments to keep from fighting for his country. When the deferments ran out he got flat feet. Guy is a coward. Just like the corpse he replaced.

Funny how all the immigration violators have found temporary homes in what were privately held (For profit) prisons in
the US.

Did the US trade one welfare problem for another using taxpayer dollars? 🤷‍♂️
Most of which were detained from their jobs where they were making $ vs costing us $.

I think I hit a nerve. You socialist need to worry about your party going forward after your socialist leader Mamdani gave his speech yesterday. Let’s see how this work out for you nuts. I’m sorry I haven’t asked you yet. What’s your pronouns?😜

Just a small point of order gentlemen( and any ladies).
If we keep the discussion to the operational and strategic boundaries we may avoid getting this kicked off the West Zone.
It’s hard enough tracking stuff in a board littered with 40 threads on the portal and everyone starting their own love poems to Chad Morris. I certainly don’t need to scroll through a million spam threads from X or truth social.

Yes, yes the US is the boogeyman. It is China and Russia that are the real good guys. Got it.
Couldn't all 3 be bad?

You only expose yourself by continuing to play these sheepish games. And like that coward you blindly support, you assume you're winning.

The Latin America response will be the same as if Venezuela attacked the US and captured Trump- 50% are glad the ‘tyrant’ (from their view) is gone, 100% are pissed that a foreign country attacked and now holds the President hostage. In both cases it’s likely that the popularity of the held President increases. The attacking nation will likely lose long term support in the region. The only thin worse than a tyrant is a perceived foreign bully.

War is never good, but I’m here typing on TI thanks to people before me.

If this helps my son’s future and Americas future, then I can’t be mad at that.

Just have to trust the guy because I damn sure don’t trust a single media outlet to tell me what’s going on.
I don't blame you for not trusting media outlets, but trusting Trump instead?
Is the respect in the room with us right now?
Exactly, @tigergray ...how do you define this "respected throughout the world again" you speak of? Also, Biden was terrible, but that doesn't mean what Trump is doing is restoring any sense of respect.

I mean you can obviously. We need to get a lot of those three strike people out who were sent in for weed possession.
They tried to warn everyone that weed was a gateway drug. We assumed it meant a gateway to heavier drugs. All along it meant filling prisons for free labor. Without it the US economy would crash which is why the 13th amendment is written the way it is.

I figured you were one of those 13th amendment guys. That is so overblown it’s crazy. The US economy would not crash without prison labor.
