Do we not have a strength and conditioning coach?

Do we not have anyone on staff that knows basic nutrition? We’ve had way too many cramps and dehydration issues tonight.
Excellent question. We were obviously not ready to play last night. Dehydration like that is usually the result of being hung over. You want your players to have fun when they go to a bowl game but some sort of routine should have been in place for the day before the game.

We're slow and weak, too. Lebby doesn't have enough contacts in the industry to hire a top notch S&C coach. We are kicking the can down the road. What must be done eventually must be done now
Aaron Feld damn near begged to come back...I wonder would he still do it

You beat me to it.
I said the same thing when I say the cramps start hitting....New Years day may have been a big party for some.
I hope that wasn't the case.

S&C coach has sucked all year but i never saw anyone bring it up. Also our O line coach sucks just as bad.

Ragging on the S&C coach is the “I’m completely done thinking” surrender flag of a disgruntled fanbase.

No coach has ever fired their S&C coach while keeping everything else intact, and gotten a huge turnaround.

S&C coaches are like janitors in a big corporate office building. What they do is important, but it’s not that hard to find someone who can do it well enough to keep the rest of the operation moving. Our issues are much deeper than the guy teaching weight lifting form, and running summer workouts.
