1) Yes, I have a problem with him taking a parallel job while his current team is still playing for the chance of a National Championship....well, duh. So what's the problem? ...wanting to partake in the spoils of the very thing you are responsible for building? He literally wanted to finish the job. Awesome. He coulda just bolted on the spot..... and i'm betting you would have had a problem with that too, rigjt?
2) Since he accepted a new job, yes, I have a problem with him wanting to continue to coach his current team IF his current players no longer want him there. Which is the case.
3) Since he accepted a new job, no, I dont have a problem bolting to his new gig. In fact I would encourage it. GTFO traitor.
You would see no problem if Kiffin (or any Head Coach) got Nebraska to the playoffs, took another Big10 job & left before the playoff games, and wanted to stick around to coach? You would encourage him to stick around and coach throughout the playoffs even though he'd be leaving?
EDIT: I came off condescending in my first sentence. It was unnecessary so I removed.
