I am a tad concerned about the decent sized quakes in the Caribbean/Gulf of Mexico that are firing up lately.
Magnitude 4.4 today in Nicaragua and Magnitude 5.5 in Colombia earlier this week.

Those, along with several 1.8 to 2.3 quakes in our nearby New Madrid Fault have my anxiety raised regarding our bowl safety.

My guess is higher than here on game day.
Odds are not in the lethal range though.
At the present time there are no solid indications that The Big One earthquake will cause the USofA west of the San Andreas Fault to slide off into the Pacific with all the attendant disruptions.
Also, seismic monitoring is not indicating much risk of the Yellowstone Caldera erupting and sending us residents of North America the way of the dinosaurs.
Furthermore, seismic monitoring in Memphis indicates, at least for now, the overdue dislocation of the New Madrid Fault won't occur prior to the Iowa Faithful trekking across it to Tampa.
HOWEVER, seismic monitoring in the Caribbean MOST DEFINITELY presents nonzero risks for The Faithful approaching/attending/departing from the Reliaquest Bowl. Today a 4.2 magnitude quake let fly off the coast of Nicaragua, THIS WEEK a 5.6 quake happened off the coast of Panama, and finally this year a BIG ONE (7.6) threatened civilization in the Cayman Islands near Jamaica!!! My advice is to pray to Jehovah prior to migrating to the Gulf of Mexico's Tampa.

Also, seismic monitoring is not indicating much risk of the Yellowstone Caldera erupting and sending us residents of North America the way of the dinosaurs.

Continued warm weather in the Midwest holds increasing probabilities for Kong and Rodan. The quake off Nicaragua has sparked fears of a Godzilla awakening. Mothra remains steady. Keep an eye on atmospheric conditions which could bring about a Ghidora sighting, though unlikely to be in Florida, so fears remain minimal.

It could be a real issue as cloudy seas could mask shark/eel/manta ray/turtle/swamp critter strikes on unsuspecting Iowa fans enjoying the beaches in the dead of winter.

Not a legend. Many pet-friendly hotels reported missing pets upon guest checkout.
Also, as first reported by Spinal Tap's David St. Hubbins, dozens of people spontaneously combust each year. It's just not widely reported.

Hopefully 83Hawk (A) Knows how to cope with THEM, and (B) Will be in Tampa to help the Hawk Faithful survive (at least most of them).

Since it is ramping up around the country, how about an influenza report / outlook? Seems to be an A variant that is a nasty one this time.

b. 11 hours ago a 4.3 magnitude quake in the Dominican Republic, and
c. Earlier today a (kind of) Big One, a 6.2 quake near Peru (that's kind of close).
Taken as a whole, there is the famous NONZERO CHANCE of a significant quake disrupting travel to/attendance at/travel from the Tampa bowl.
ADVICE: Get right with God and give alms to the poor (always a good idea) prior to heading to Tampa.,

Rodan and Godzilla chances have also gone down, although an unseen change in seismic activity southeast of Florida could still affect it. No unusual atmospheric activity has occurred, so Ghidora had been ruled out.
Overall kaiju outlook has dropped significantly to 2.4%! Hawkeye fans should expect safe travel to Tampa.
