Seeing it in writing feels like there is precious little room for error in reconstructing the OL and DL (specifically interior) for next year.

The bright side of no Hall means lots of work for Watson and Godfrey these last few weeks and maybe in the bowl game.

Getting hurt right away in the season was unfortunate.

In regards to medical redshirts, is there a number of games played to make the possibility of the extra year no longer an option? He played in three this season.

I don't know what the rules are anymore. :)

The linked story from when Bryce George committed to Iowa says he "will have one year of eligibility left."

However, like you said, he only played in 3 games this season, so not sure where things stand. Does the "4 or fewer games" rule apply, where he could get one more year? Hell, everyone else seems to be getting more years.... ;)
