Very good and welcome to the game! Yes, it is tampering but the NCAA has no authority what is going on with NIL. Lose a coach, hey! Open season. Got a better offer? Hey! Open season.

Didn't Auburn have a coaching change? that is an exception for 30 days after I believe.

Saw a TE from Okie State committed to Bama yesterday. A lot of back door dealings goes on, especially in the SE Conference.

Its only tampering if done by a coach but the players have agents/reps that start the ball rolling and reach out to university "reps". Back door deals are the norm and above board in the current state of affairs.

It seems to me that a player can still transfer anytime they want.

The portal is just a big garage sale.
