I said it before, Logan is going to be a millionaire a year from now. Less than a year actually. Not bad for the young man from Council Bluffs.Absolutely!!!
As a fellow alum of not just Lewis Central High School, but of the LC Titans football program, Ol' Doodle couldn't be prouder of the young man.
And quite frankly, many of us, Doodle admittedly included, would have had a hard time imagining this back when he took over for Tyler Linderbaum in 2022 and had an absolutely awful time with slow/late snaps and other issues at what most consider the hardest of the OL positions. His development (there's that word again) has been truly remarkable.
Congrats to him on this award and on becoming an instant millionaire in about 4 months.

Great job by Logan. He really got so much better as the years went on.
And I fully remember you saying that rchawk… good call. Very happy for this young man who just dominated opposing lines .. Iowa is a great place for any HS player who wants an NFL a chance as Iowa seems to be consistent on producing exceptional linemen

Basically, back to back centers eventually were declared the best in college football!

Hell of a story. Hits the D-Line then switches to Center, and with a boatload of hard work wins the Rimington. And is married while at Iowa. Crazy stuff. Good for him.

Doodle, Iowa goofed in starting him out on the DL. His coach at Lewis Central even said he was better on the offensive side of the ball.

Yep. Another nice trophy for the case in the football complex, as the school gets a copy as well of all the national awards
He just has a feel for where a guys skill set fits. probably his time in the league. Don't forget going the other way with a 4th team LB to TE. Some guy named Dallas Clark
Jones accepted the award last night. In a short interview with the press he had several subtle digs at little red, and it's hilarious.

I did not realize that. I will have to check them out the next time I am in Iowa City.
