It doesn't look like the leap from high level WBB to WNBA is not nearly as significant as MBB to the NBA. She can certainly contribute. She can take up space under the rim and is hard to move. She can pretty much score at will if she gets the ball down low. The WNBA also allows for a ton of physical play so that could work out well for some of the showing around she does.

Her body type has never been able to make it in the WNBA. That plus the fact that she is "only" 6'3" is going to be a problem. She also has no chance on defense to guard the WNBA posts.

With expansion teams being added, she will most likely make a team, but will not last more than a year or two. (assuming that her knees last that long).

She will continue to dominate college and could make some money overseas, but history tells us that she will not last in the W

I'm sure she'll get drafted and have a shot but I'm skeptical that she will be able to stick.

She won't be able to bully posts in the W with her physicality on offense and other teams will put her in the pick and roll everytime she's on defense.

How do you think she'll fare in the league?
don’t, really care
not watching the WNBA to watch her…..
if she doesn’t gas getting up and down the court, if she’s allowed to just bull through defenders around the basket, if she can develop a shot down low (or increase her vertical) that won’t get stuffed, if she can defend midrange from the basket…. maybe she can stick for a while

Luka is still in the NBA and playing meaningful minutes with the Celtics.

He was getting meaningful minutes, but not anymore.

Such a weird span of games for him....

He started and played 11 mins on 11/26 against Detroit.

Since then he has played just 15 minutes in the last 7 games, with 4 DNP-CDs.

Hope the Fever draft her
Yep. People can hate the tank all they want but she would be a steal for the fever. She's going to do great at the next level unless they start calling her for body fouls. Though she will only be good for 20 minutes or so a game. Guessing she has a much better career than Hannah unfortunately.

She has been a force on the collegiate level. But even with the fade away that she has down pat her lack of height is going to be a factor. She has caught a lot of flack because of her size etc., but she is well spoken and seems lie a "good person". Wish she had gone somewhere else besides ISU.

After college she'll go on Wegovy (for health reasons alone) and she could lose 100lbs and might turn into a decent power forward in the WNBA.

She actually makes most of the easy shots. Which seems to be impossible for most women players at all levels.

turnovers and missed bunny shots seem to determine the winner of most women’s games.

she will do well. The number of minutes she can play will increase as her weight drops.

I am surprised she isn’t already taking one of the weight loss treatments.

Not well. Pace will create issues. Pros will know how to cut her off from camping in the lane. Everyone says she is a real nice lady but her WNBA future might be quickly over
Pace in WNBA leads to a ton of missed shots. She's got the width and agility to make a move to the basket, but I see it leading to a lot of blocks too.

They said the same thing about going from HS to college that she wouldn't keep up with the pace and I was one of them but I was wrong.
However, the shot clock is even shorter in the WNBA…she won’t be able to keep up.

She will get drafted but will not be featured like she is in college. She wont be expected to shoulder the load on the team she plays on.

She will face much tougher defenses in the WNBA. First of all she won't be able to set up in the block 2 feet from the basket. Second, the pace of the W will severely limit her playing time. As for her tremendous success in college, most teams try to play her straight up with one defender and she eats them alive on the block. You stop her at the college level with a double team to deny her the ball - one defender in back and one in front. Why teams (including Iowa) don't do this is beyond comprehension.
