If….and it’s still if at this point…Campbell leaves I would assume he takes as many ISU players as he can, plus as many recruits as he can. And then hit the portal hard.
just my opinion, but Becht is pretty good, but by Penn State standards? I think they could get a blue chipper (or two).
Tell us the last time that PSU had a better QB than Brecht.

They will certainly attract blue chippers, but that doesn’t make them a good college QB yet. Very few come in ready to play at a high level. Brecht is experienced and a very good college QB.
The fact this news has yet to be 100% confirmed on any outlets I’ve seen yet makes me think PSU is going to mess this up and they’re going to keep looking into next week.
Becht is seasoned and will start at Penn State next year.

Allar has another year but I expect him to VTech. I'd take Becht and all those 6'7" TE's.
I’d say just about all of them. At least the most current version of Becht. He’s been pretty mediocre most of this season.
This trainwreck really hurt PSU incoming class plus Franklin got several recruits to flip to VaTech.
Now existing players will have the opportunity to hit the portal -it will be very interesting to see how well Campbell does at retaining existing players.
I don't see him taking many ISU players (only the select few "best") unless he has no choice. He will have the money to hit the portal hard.

It says that one of those years, Iowa had a crappy QB and the other year the new QB was coming off a season ending injury & getting used to his new team. I don’t see Iowa losing to the clones in the foreseeable future.

Very fast. They had to if they wanted to have any chance of keeping players and recruits. When Campbell started interviewing for the job they must have started sending out feelers. Seems like they landed a solid coach.
They had a new HC already hired so They knew Campbell was leaving before that Class signed , If I was a Parent and a School did that My Kid would be going to a different School and would never play for that Coach again because that Program and Coaches word is garbage, If Beth and Iowa did that I would be totally on board with firing the lot of em . They didn't even wait a couple Days they totally threw it in every Parent and Recruits face . Slimy AF

Any Player that follows Him is openly following a flat out liar and any Player that stays at a School that hid it either has no options or no sense of self worth. ISU and Campbell both destroyed any semblence of honor and Character they may have built , They handled this worse than SEC schools , No regard for the Players or Parents, Like I said if Iowa handled it this way I would hope the entire Fanbase and donors would demand the jobs of everyone and anyone even remotely connected to the whole affair

These Kids start getting recruited their Freshman year of HS and are signing based on promises made to Them and Their Parents usually over the course of Their entire HS life, They might not be Kids once on Campus but when Guys like Campbell slime Their way into their HS and living rooms for the recruitments They are absolutely still Kids
