Found this article which really talks up Campbell as a great fit who can win the big games. It makes no mention of the fact he only had one season with 10+ wins as this graphic shows. It also says that he "waited until late in the process to interview" which I find hard to believe. I think PSU stumbled around and then eventually gave him a call.
