She plays 2 or 3 inches higher than her actual height as well. A bit of the Charles Barkley or Ed Horton look. A very positive outlook for her.Has she grown? Look at the Disneyland pictures.
She has good footwork around the basket and is strong. She controls rebounds. She plays 2 or 3 inches higher than her actual height as well. A bit of the Charles Barkley or Ed Horton look. A very positive outlook for her.
I was thinking the same thing. Same type of stature.....Kinda reminds me of former Buckeye McMahon
I’m looking forward to watching her development
She was a post most of her life and the last few years started transitioning into a guard. Shooting threes isn’t her strength yet.Wasn't Journey more of a shooting guard/small forward type of prospect in high school? I'd like to see what her 3 point shot looks like
Agreed. ^^ I saw a little bit of the game today and happened to notice Journey making some nice, totally under control plays. Good on her.I’m continually impressed by her and it seems to be something new each night.
today it was her driving under control and pulling up to kick back out rather than push a poor line to the hoop. That’s a tough skill for a young player. 3rd in the team in assists today.
These 3 may be a fabulous class to watch for 4 years, let’s have some fun!Agreed. ^^ I saw a little bit of the game today and happened to notice Journey making some nice, totally under control plays. Good on her.
Her present is bright too. She's a Dawg on both ends of the court, right now.Coach Barrett said on the post game radio show that Journey had a terrific summer and has a very bright future.
