I’ve watched a lot of college basketball and have not seen a team with a more dominant stretch than what Michigan just did in Vegas

we might lose to them by 100

dusty may is a great coach, great recruiter and they are a clear favorite early on this season

Beating Gonzaga by 45, damn, after Zags were killing teams by 20-30.

Purdue then Michigan, likely 1 and 2 in country after this week. Lol only Rutters gets dealt that hand lol, its comical

Next week is going to be a massacre haha.

Just happy we don’t host Michigan. Their unbearable fans would have taken over the RAC.

May bought great players stop with the great coach BS. He's got $15 million of talent.
He is a great coach as well

Florida Atlantic had no budget at all

he used the portal properly check out his roster he brought in an elite point guard and wing and center and the rest of his roster are freshmen he recruited returning players
there wasn’t that much turnover

if you can retain your players then you can spend your $ a little more freely instead of having to find 8-9 guys new every year

I do wonder if Gonzaga was just not ready to play 3 games in 3 days. I have the same issue with the conference tournaments, where teams play a couple times a week all season, and then all of a sudden play in a bunch of games in a row, and then fall apart early in the tournament because they run out of gas.

An added factor is they are getting money either way. Everybody likes to pretend that the added incentive of $ or even the non incentive that these are paid games why go full out

Michigan played 3 games in 3 days and averaged 99 points and won by an average of 33 per game

Michigan has money yes but so do lots of teams and they aren’t all winning

you still gottta coach

we had 2 guys that are better and more talented than anyone in Michigan this year and we lost 17 times coaching matters

You seem to forget that there are 5 players on the court at all times for both teams, 2 great players can't win by themselves

I’m not arguing that, I am just saying if Gonzaga plays the game on normal rest it is potentially a lot closer. Just because both teams are playing 3 days in a row doesn’t mean they both
respond the same way.

No way. Not with the trash taking Gonzaga was doing claiming they had the best frontline. That was a good old fashioned butt kicking. No excuses for Gonzaga as Few would not be offering the lame excuse you made. Michigan is playing almost perfect basket ball right now. Purdue would have a hard time staying within 10-15 points of them. But it is only November. Will not help us playing # 1 Purdue and likely #2 Michigan in our first 3 conference games back to back home and away.

May is one of the best coaches in the country.

With that said, I’m 99.9% positive there was some gambling funny business going down on our game vs Michigan last season.

I’ve never seen more egregious whistles consecutively like that.

Not only are there five players on the court, but there are eight or nine who play in each game. Also, being top five NBA picks doesn’t mean they were the top players in the country because it is difficult to win with freshmen so it’s talented and productive as they both were, between the two of them they made bad mistakes in about six games in the closing moments.

Ok. Kindly irrelevant as Gonzaga was ready to play but just got their *** kicked. Worst loss in Mark Few’s career and no fluke. If Michigan plays like this in March, which I doubt they will , they will the end the BIG 10 draught and win the National Championship . Lots of time for things to change but right now those the best 3 wins , back to back to back in 3 straight days.
What is amazing is last year we outplayed a different but very good Michigan team on the road and lost on that last second shot with some questionable reffing at the end. This team appears to be better so far.
