Wednesday (11/26) was the birthday of the late, great, David White. He was the creator (and thus a founding member) of The Juvenaires. He remained with the group when they renamed as Danny & The Juniors. David sang first tenor (not lead), and wrote or co-wrote most of their hits. He also was born in the Commonwealth. To celebrate:

Thursday (11/27) is the birthday of Elizabeth "Betty" Weiss. She was a founding member, and is the last remaining original member, of The Shangri-Las. Her sister, Mary, was the lead singer of the group. To celebrate:
