Who is it taunting? Exactly

To me a big part of whether it is taunting is whether it is directed at someone or not.

This is someone just expressing happiness that they are about to score a TD.

Wadley is a bum!

In fact, Wadley was one of the five best RBs ever to wear a Hawkeye uniform. Man, I miss that guy. He was fantastically talented and entertaining, and he consistently came through with the biggest plays in the biggest moments. How he never made it in the NFL is an absolute mystery to me. I might have even watched the NFL for the first time in decades if Wadley had been playing.
