He never has a positive word. Sad going through life that way. I'll bet he's not perfect but thinks everybody else should be.
Dad and son were in Navy and son played Sprint Football at the Academy so I have always rooted for them. They are 6-0, granted not a real strong sos, and it will be interesting to see what happens when they travel to where Hayden used to coach this week. Navy is a 5.5 dog.
This literally is the most over blown thing. Like Bill Belichick said, “stats are for losers.” Hawks just need to keep finding ways to win.
Your point may be a good one, but supporting it with Belichick's words may not be the best idea you've had lately.
Mark G is a fullback trying to play QB. Kirk (and his son before him) have no ability to accurately assess QB or WR talent. They need to stop looking at highlight reels and start looking at hours and hours of game tape for how many open guys the QB is missing in his pocket time. There was a play in this game where MG scrambled to the right, bought time for his WR, his WR cut upfield for a wide open TD and instead of lobbing it over the D for an easy TD he throws the ball out of bounds.
Mestemaker is about to become moneymaker. I think most believe he ends up in Stillwater with his coach, no idea if the rumors were true about Indiana offering 3.5 million and getting turned down.
Maybe that's because his glass is, in fact, half empty. Facts are facts. Ignore them if you want, but they are still facts. Dislike the facts if you want, but they are still the facts.
And yet many Hawkeye fans are thrilled when Iowa's offense does even a little bit against powers like UAlbany and UMass. Go figure.
So that would be the fullback who threw for almost 11,000 yds and 80 TDS in his previous 4 years in college? The same one who made ridiculous outstanding throws for big plays or TDs, to RVZ and Gill ? That fullback?
