I’m watching the game on FS1 via Sling. They broke to a commercial just as Iowa was getting ready to kick and then came back to a replay of the Iowa State-Kansas game. WTF?
Not changing my mind about anything I said in this thread despite winning this game.

The offense came back in the 4th quarter to win a game. How many years has it been?
Genuinely a miracle that we won that game. The way things were going on every side of the ball, this seemed like a for sure loss. Wetjen is absolutely the player of the game, followed by Lutmer. I was told that because this was a 16.5 line, it was absurd to be worried about this game. Seems like I was completely justified in my concerns. It's almost like a Vegas line means nothing when the guys actually get on the field and play?
If we have a similar performance next week, Nebraska will absolutely steamroll us. Hopefully this win gave us some confidence.

There’s something to be said about a no huddle uptempo style.

Td pass and one to RVZ just reinforce notion you need to make those 50/50 throws and give your guy a shot or even draw a PI. We did none of that till last 3 min. I agree Lester called an awful game until last 7-8 min.

Hawkeyes pulled that out of their azz. Terrible game on both sides of the ball, MSU makes some questionable calls on offense, and Gronowski goes from playing QB like Stevie Wonder to playing like Stevie Young on the last two drives.
