Coaches with Playoff Appearances at 3 Different Levels

I saw a post the other day on Twitter about coaches who had taken teams to the state championship game in both 11-man and 8-man and it was a pretty small list.

I'm guessing there are no coaches who have gone to state championship games in all three levels: 11, 8, and 6-man, but are there any coaches who have taken teams to the playoffs in 11, 8, and 6-man?

That is extremely impressive. I am sure the company is rare for now, while it may increase over the next 10-15 years with shifts we are seeing in classifications of schools.
