I said it’s not a good look. 3 teams in our conference had a running clock on WL.Historically heritage has been much better against run teams than passing, which sounds like WL. 35-7 by third and WL scores in garbage time in the fourth 35-14. Personally wouldn’t put to much emphasis on “if it’s not a running clock they don’t stand a chance against Shelby and Lincolnton” MH implementing more RPO makes them more versatile than in years past, and MH is a tough place to play at, especially when it starts getting 20-30 degrees. If anything hurts heritage in playoffs it’ll be special teams.
The 16th best team in 3A west shouldn’t be in the game with the No.1 seed.
