I hope it ends up being right, but Whiteville over Ayden Griffton by ten is a little optimistic, imo. That’s going to be a tough game.

Also, I am not as high on Northeastern this year as the projections. I think they win this week but I don’t see them making the eastern finals this year

If the O that beat South Brunswick 53-7 can show back up, Whiteville will make it to the Eastern Finals, if the team that struggled against Fairmont, Red Springs and South Columbus shows up Ayden Grifton will advance.

Feel like it a much younger team this year and have a lot of injuries. I'd take win any way possible and hope we get it done.

I agree... Both teams from last years eastern final lost a lot. I have Kinston advancing to the Eastern finals from the bottom side of the 3A East.

I want to go with Kinston as well, but they have a few head scratchers too. I feel the offense is on a different level from earlier in the season. What’s changed? I’m not sure, Trey probably can answer that but the offense we are seeing now from Kinston is what I was expecting all year. Defense may hurt them, but they seem to get stops when needed

Playing you guys as close as they did tells me what they are capable of, imo. I feel this may be one of the best Tarboro teams and that says a lot.

We jumped up 22-0 and most of our fans thought it would be smooth sailing. Even went up 28-7. After that they started striking quick. As you said, they are definitely capable of scoring in a hurry
