so who are the "unconstitutionalists" here? Trump does something we hear "fascist, unconstitutional, dictator, Nazi", someone files suit, lower court holds for plaintiff, higher court affirms, supreme court overturnes. Aren't lower court judges supposed to be able to read and understand laws?
And where are all those yelling about Trump's "fascism" when lower courts are overturned?
This is the resistance. They are trying to slow and obstruct the MAGA agenda any way possible. They know most of these orders and injunctions are unconstitutional but they are not honest people. Like I said this is a war and a lot of liberal judges are foot soldiers for the cause.
