Jonas Woods Freshman had 158 yrds rushing last night, now no.0 Raper played outstanding, and few other kids..
Noah Gardner had 6 sacks on qb last night, and Defense played much better.
We rested our no.1 rec...
Ive watched games East played this year and honest ,dont see East D able to stop Shelby.
East like Shelby gets caught with unsportman penalties alot..so thats a key.
I see tight game for 1st half but Shelby wins by 14 to 17 pts

As far as the game, Shelby goes as Farmer goes on offense. If you don’t pressure him, he WILL pick you apart. Shelby’s weakness is their D. Can they stop ER. I think if Shelby gets 3 stops they win. I think this game will be close with Shelby finding a way to win. Penalties can be a major factor.

East will have a game plan, giving them two weeks to prepare. Being the underdog is true motivation for these guys. They have received zero respect since they were freshmen. Not having to play in Blanton Stadium looms large. East High Coach was on the Salisbury staff several years ago when Shelby was sent home in the Western Finals, so there is some experience and expectation being presented to the team. This team has had the slogan “WIT”—whatever it takes—and “Pressure is a Privilege.” East is healthy and hungry, not looking for any acknowledgment, just that they are legit. I know this staff well enough to know they absolutely love these type ballgames. The guys have bought in all year, and have more to show, it’s just now the TIME !!.. as you said “Tic Toc”

Don’t forget to bring that heavy equipment reverse auto enhancement.. Hopefully East can play that for your Lions !!.. Dumpster Fire ??.. u said “Dumpster Fire ?” Please ? I like your enthusiasm, but ya'll played a junior pop warner Cherryville like team last week, that would make your 3rd string look like all stars.

You would have to step up your game 5 more gears to win this one.

Their run defense sucks and he secondary is barely functional, I dont think it will be hard for your offense.

Having that week off can sometimes be a hinderance. Underdog, you're the higher seed and should be the favorite. As far as a coach on the Salisbury staff, that was a completely different offense we ran back then. So that won't help you. Now we probably played better run defense back then. Whichever teams defense shows up probably wins. If Shelby's kids don't learn to shut up that could cost them the game. They did a much better job of that this past week. I think it will honestly be a war like 2005 was up there. On another note what food do you have in the visitor side concession stand?

I always enjoyed watching a game there honestly, and 2005 was an absolute gem of a ball game... I still say to this day if we lose to East that game, they win it all..

Kickoff return, Int for a TD, One long drive, One 70 yard bomb. I agree we didn’t go up and down the field on Shelby. I will also give Shelby some credit, they were the best team we played in my opinion (talent wise).
