She's a hooper though.
Oh yeah and I think she brings some skills no one else has. Just puts her head down and drives in come hell or high water and puts a shot up, when maybe she could drive and kick the ball out sometimes.She's a hooper though.
Evansville on a bit of a run to bring it within 75 points.
Hays' size going to be a pain for opponents to deal with in a year or 2.

Kirk looking at her for backup offensive line next year, too. She is a phenomenal athlete with size and foot movement as is Ava Heiden. Best frontcourt player rotation in years.

I have had it for 2 years and have had ZERO issues with it.
Same here, It’s not perfect but far from crappy IMO, I watch a lot of Iowa sports on it and overall enjoy it. I usually stream to my tablet then aircast it to my TV.
I get a kick out of the kids doing the play by play and then the camera work is sometimes unintentionally funny or irritating, depending on if I’m drinking. Overall I appreciate having it.
Yeah the student broadcasters are just that, Just getting their foot in the door. I know during the exhibition game the young man said “Jen Jansen” at least 3 times.
When Iowa baseball played at Michigan the youngsters from Michigan were very good, Probably the best student broadcasters I have heard so far.
I believe she is in Jan’s doghouse for some defensive blunders.She's a hooper though.
I think Rodriguez isn't that well integrated into the system yet and IMO that should be the number one priority. Looking for the conference games, I can't see another wing or guard deciding the tough games. She'll be our baller.
She is on record as saying the biggest difference that she's getting used to is that she grew up playing more street ball. Now she has to play within a system.
She needs to play. Less than 20 MPG seems short for her. She'll learn the system faster with at least 25 MPG on court.
Not for amount of sports content. Not arguing quality. I pay for monthly script to get very few games. The rest of the content is dogshit. IMHO
Layla moves very well in the interior, nice shot and made most of the bunnies on her spin moves, etc. Got up and down the court pretty good too, frankly she looked smooth and "athletic" all night. I know they aren't facing UCONN tonight, but she really looked the part of a competent DI Center.
Her and Ava are going to be one hell of a tandem in the paint the next few years.

I wanna see how they handle Crooks from ISU.
Defensively, I think the two of them can wear her out. And Crooks is a terrible defender in the paint.
Even being in Ames, I like Iowa's chances.
