id rather have a coach that can beat top 25 teams occasionally. Have a good season here and there - and occasionally bad seasons. As opposed to a coach that has 7-6 seasons his whole csreeer and csnt seem to win big games.

pikiell is the former. Schiano is the latter

I think we'll be better next year. Three of the Big 10 teams on next year's schedule haven't won a Big 10 game yet, and Surace will be an upgrade.

Don't know until next season, players are gonna leave and players are gonna come on all of these teams

not on any planet with any rational person would anyone suggest surace is an upgrade to AK. In addition that, Greg better get a p2 QB for this roster because surace isn't it

I'm just blown away at his comment. AK is lighting it up and doing very well. He's not perfect but not a single QB in America is and it's not like the scheme helps him. Anyone thinking Surace is coming in and no drop off or even being better than AK is in for a rude awakening.
we have to completely redo the defense next year
we will need to fill many holes on offense next year

between last year and this year, Greg set new bars for underachieving

Yes I read. The rule is you can having losing seasons, but as long as there's a top 25 win in there as you fail with 2 top 5 recruits it's fine. You just can't be middle of the B1G pack and having winning seasons with middle of the pack recruits.
