USC is a totally different team at home. That being said, they do not seem to have the '" electric" receivers they have had in the past. Winnable game but will be very tough.
University administrators have to be among the dumbest people in the world. What in the hell has Matt Rhule accomplished to deserve a contract extension? Did they really think Penn State was going to stoop as low as Matt Rhule when they just fired a coach that has actually accomplished something? There is no way Rhule lasts the duration of that contract, In last night's game alone, he used 2 timeouts in the 3rd quarter. He opted to try a 52 yard field goal instead of going for a 4th and a short one, His running back (Emmet Johnson) is a stud and got to stand on the sideline and watch their kicker come up 10 yards short. Add in his behavior on the field against Iowa last year. Rhule is literally the poor man’s James Franklin. But least Franklin until this year would win when favored against the non ranked teams or do well against 11-25. Top 10 or big games he was awful. Didn’t you hear he led them to a bowl game and a winning record last year first time in 7 seasons and tied for 12th in the conference.
Amazing how that fan base acts like it’s great progress praising ruhle and yet still act like they are a top 10 blue blood program. Just love how anll off season listening to them they just assumed because year 3 was great at temple and Baylor would just magically happen in Lincoln. Forgetting the guy was a disaster in the NFL. But think husker fans be a bit leery hiring a guy with only one great season at previous school (cough cough frosty at UCF).

I think I figured out what Nebraska is missing. Just embrace that the fact you’re a mid program and stop setting yourself up for failure. 6-8 wins a year for most programs is nothing to scoff at. But continue acting like your gods gift to the college football world and holier than thou because of the recorded over children’s birth and wedding vhs tape natties you whack it to every Tuesday morning.

Nebraska has had the softest schedule in the league and they’re pretty lucky they’re sitting at 0-6 in conference and 3-6 overall.
No kidding. Fortunate to win at Maryland and slip past NW last week. Briefly mentioned when talking about PSU job on Dan Patrick show but he says does he get 2 yr extension if they lose that game.
UCLA isn’t great But trip out west to team they lost to at home last yr and may have to play backup who struggled to throw anything besides a swing pass if baby mahomes can’t go. I think even with everything going on at home psu runs all over them and still wins that game.
any game the Hawks play on the left coast has never been good. However hopefully we can buck that trend. We will have to stop that counter trap from SoCal. They killed Debbie all night with that play . Seems simple : stop the run and win
