My other alma mater, Central Michigan, is playing rival Western Michigan. Both are 3-1 in the conference and CMU is one win away from bowl eligibility. First year HC Matt Drinkall is from Bettendorf and played at Iowa.

I didn't know this guy was out there. Looks to have a pretty good resume as an NAIA coach and offensive coach at Army. Looks like he's about to turn a 4-8 CMU team into an 8-4 or 9-3 team. Looks like a guy to watch out for the Iowa job when Kirk hangs it up sometime between now and the end of his contract.
