He isn’t medically cleared to play by the MSU staff. Some type of freak spinal injury midway through the spring. This doesn’t have to do with him wanting to leave.

The big question is now will another school be able to medically clear him? Interesting situation to monitor

HD6 & Robbie have talked around this subject on their podcast. It doesn't sound like Rufus will receive medical clearance to play at MSU. I hate it. He seems like a great kid & has been productive.

That’s unfortunate. The article says he told the C-L he has been cleared to play. I assume his personal doctor has cleared him but not the team doctor. Tough situation either way.
