I blame Rhule. In that situation take the points it's almost half. NW ain't going to drive the full length of the field. Be up 10 - 6. It's smarter football.
That's what every football coach at every level of football wants. What did you want him to say? "I want a mediocre OL/DL?"
At least he didn't go full Frostard and say he was going to combine Husker Power with Oregon speed.
It was a broken play that NW blew up plus the RT failed, again. I think trying a FG made more sense but I’m not the analytics expert. DR should have never had been in that position of diving in the middle of the defense
Real Question is the only reason DH worked last year because the BIG coaches didn't have tape on what he was going to do and that Wisconsin and BC were/are in a tailspin?

Maybe, but when you have arguably the worst OL in the conference, everything is going to be a struggle.
Yeah but how has the OL gotten worse than last year? It's so strange to me. And last year's OL was pretty bad too.

Not this week. Minnesota played efficiently and their qb played really well. NW qb is *** today at least. Playing on the road is difficult.
How? Are the players we currently have winning anything meaningful? Do they ever have a chance of beating OSU, Indiana, even UCLA or USC. A new coach, would bring a different roster in, and it might find some actual cohesiveness around a system. Would it be better than 6 wins, probably not, but it isn't the end of the world.
