Why does Budmayr have a job?

On our INT the receiver did not have his hands in the correct position. The pass was in a great spot up by the numbers so the receiver needs to get their thumbs together, fingers extended to create that web to secure the pass.

Our receivers are not taught very well. theyt have not had their hands in the right position the last few years
