I didn't watch a minute of the game but Jon Nestor might have been one of the missing pieces of the puzzle. I never thought he would have turned out to be this solid for the Gophers after his time at Iowa.

I know I speak for all of us when I say I wish our Little Debbie troll nothing but good physical & mental health and a lifetime of happiness.

The staff really liked him. Rumor was his dad was a problem.

I guess I don't get it.

Please enlighten me as to why a Nebby loss is good for Iowa
Nebby is going to be a 4 or 5 loss team when they play Iowa. They're not a good team and their record will have little to no impact on Iowa's fortunes. It does however help to ensure that Iowa finishes in front of them in the B1G and that their program who recruits against Iowa remains mired in mediocrity. Besides that, the only thing better than a Debbie loss is an Iowa win.

If Nebby will have lost that many before the Iowa game, Iowa will finish ahead of them in the big ten anyway.

If this loss hurts Nebby's recruiting, then it helps Minny's. And Minny has always been more of a threat to Iowa, as a program, than has Nebby.

Still not sure how a Nebby loss helps Iowa

Husker fans are demanding that Raiola be replaced with their freshman backup QB. The backup QB’s name - get this- is Queen Lateefa - I shitt you not !!

He's got two rushing TDs this season. Maybe they should put in a running QB since that oline is complete trash.

Steven Sipple with the Lincoln Star Journal was on 1460 yesterday and said Nebraska will beat Minnesota 42-13. I laughed out loud. Those people so delusional. Nebraska is 0-4 vs PJ at Minny and hasn’t won consecutive road games since 2006. Lucky to survive and win at Maryland last week.
Steve Sipple and the rest of the “media” are just cheerleaders of dear old Nowledge U. Truly pathetic

Why exactly is this an issue for you? Doesn't a Minny loss hurt Iowa's SOS as much as a Debbie loss? As I've already told you I enjoy a Debbie loss as much as any. It probably has no real impact on Iowa whatsoever.

Guy in the studio legit said "you would have thought that Mahomes was actually playing that 1at half."

What in the actual f*ck are they talking about.
He must’ve been talking about the mannerisms that Walmart Mahomes practices and perfects in front of a mirror.

You don’t copy another person to that level without putting in the practice.

Creepy much?

Nebby's OLine isn't very good, but Lil Mahomes needs to get the ball out much faster rather than waiting for a receiver to get open.

The plan in the passing game for the Huskers wasn't very good and there certainly weren't any "in game" adjustments.

Jonesy, it's not an issue for me. I simply challenged 2D's claim that this was a great night for Iowa. You, in turn, responded that I just don't get it. Whether you enjoy a Nebby loss or not, does nothing to support your claim that I don't get it.

Even if a Minny loss would have been considered equal in value to Iowa, that does nothing to support 2D's claim that it was a great night for Iowa.

Look, to me, every win is worth the same. But for bowl considerations, and for those into perception, strength of schedule, and quality of win narratives; with a win tonight, Nebraska clearly would have been a "bigger" win (than Minny) for Iowa. It's a road game. And as TD+ favorite on the road tonight, Nebby was clearly a better team than Minny in the eyes of perception

They are the best propaganda artists since Joseph Goebbels. Ignore the truth, tell the fans what they want to hear.
