8 sacks. I’m checking out on this team. Asscheeks. Merry Christmas message board
You need to stick around to talk **** to the sunshine pumpers
Donny gets fired and DR is in the portal before a bowl game.
Thats Good Donald Glover GIF

Hopefully Iowa knocks them down next week.

Hate Fleck.
Learn to love him because he might be our next head coach, loser

Ugly game. As a youtuber I watch once said to describe the Steelers "That offense had about as much rhythm as a yinzer after 15 IC lights".

Edit: Not much else to say. Other than I don't know why when I'm on my phone that adds a ton of space to my comments and I can't edit it until I get on my computer, lol. Perhaps the Samsung Browser. Anyways sorry about that.

Sorry boys, but I'm checking out. If that makes me a bad fan, so be it. No more money for tickets. No more money for merch. No more money for local economy.

Done.
I have not been to a game yet. This year. I had USC and Iowa penciled in. Time to get out the eraser. Thank God we don't play Indiana this year. Isn't that sad to say...

I'd take Fleck in a heart beat.... we would be immediately better
Pats Fitzgerald is who I'd like to see. You know he's a good coach because he would win games they shouldn't at northwestern. Our coaches can't win the games they should win.

For several decades, you'd be right.

No, I'm checking out.
I wouldn’t have paid any attention to it if my wife hadn’t woke me up. At 3 am Italy time by dropping something in our hotel’s bathroom. Then I think Nikkisix was in town beating his wife in the hallway at 4. VERY nice hotel but damn there were a lot of drunks coming in late.

I wasn’t going to even listen to the game. Saw this coming. Should have bet the farm on Mn.
I'm not sure, but I think this is the most disappointed I've been with a Matt Rhule team since he became coach. It's year 3, the groundwork is in the process of being laid, yet, 2 series into the game my wife is saying, "It's looks like we are flatter than a pancake tonight. Looks like the team, and Rhule have bought into their own hype."

It didn't bother me when we were beaten by Michigan, a clearly a physically superior team, but Minnesota? They shove us around like they're OSU. For crying out loud, last week OSU drilled the gophers 42-3, and we're supposed to be a contender?

We all remember what happened last year at IND when the Huskers went into Bloomington at 5-1 and got smoked. The next week we played a huge game in a close loss to OSU. The team was still okay at 5-3 then but continued to reel with losses. If NU fails to beat NW (we should) I expect a panicked look to overtake Matt again as this year there is no '24 Wisconsin to stop the bleeding.

Matt needs to stop with the "I want to build a beast, I want to play for championships, I want to be a great coach and have great teams." Those are all bullsh*t throwaway lines after 2 1/2 years. You can't have a team show up every year and perform like NU did against IND, UCLA, and Minnesota and even entertain that possibility.

My whole point this year has been "prove it." At this point, all we continue to prove is nothing has changed. And likely, nothing will change. Those that took for granted the 10 win season because Rhule had done it twice before now see NU can't run or stop the run, can't pressure or protect the QB, that's a really bad combo. To win double digits this year, NU must now go 4-1 down the stretch just to have a chance.

Now the game against NW becomes the season-defining game of the year. Win and NU can still have a real good year, lose and what will have changed over the last 3 seasons? I'm not advocating for replacing Rhule or any nonsense like that, I'm just saying expectations and Rhule's hyperbole better start to tone itself down. Matt hasn't done anything to deserve to be send packing (ridiculous), but don't keep poking the bear with false hope, cause that's what will really piss the masses off.

I hope our AD has zero interest in a contract extension. I can no longer support a HC that is ok with having a staff that cannot teach blocking and tackling. I do not want to hear one more word about NIL. Other than Hunter and EJ, any money that was spent on NIL was wasted. Trent...wasted money. McCollugh...total waste of money. Key....wasted money. Spindler....another bust. I do not trust Ruhle to bring in players who will perform. I withhold my thoughts on Dylan due to the fact that he has been under constant non stop pressure this entire season. If this season implodes like last year, buckle up, you can be sure next year's schedule will be much tougher. That is not a good situation when you have a staff this poor at teaching basic football. Let's see what next week brings. If Donny is still on staff, you have your answer. Zero accountability means zero progress.

As I read some notes from the game, our best o lineman get hurt he had to go to the hospital, one of our best linebackers v9 had surgery on his hand this past week, he tried to play but was too painful. I’m still pissed at the playing but it goes to show we still don’t have enough depth, the second unit player isn’t nearly as good as the starter
