I’d say closer to $10 million for the OL. Problem is where’s the money left over for the defense or skill players on offense?

I also think Rhule and other coaches would dig their own graves to make such demands and not deliver in wins. I.e look what just happened to Franklin.

To be honest, I pay almost zero attention to the aspects of the NIL. However, if all 105 players are compensated, I could see those numbers above could be right.

NU 38,000.00 X 105 = $ 3,990,000.00
OSU 178,000.00 X 105 =$18,690,000.00

We were 5-1 last year, and we finished 6-6. That could repeat. 2 of our 5 wins this year were against the sisters of the pour, and the other 3 were very much in doubt late. We take it as a positive that we overcame in those games, but it also indicates the margin for winning is quite thin. And every team left on our schedule could win. They won’t if we are who we want to be, but are we really?

That being said, the reality is that CFB tiers going forward seems to be locked into the dollar value of booster-funded NIL buckets. As Rhule has stated.

If we finish well from here and Rhule is not poached because PSU got somebody else, then i feel like investment is warranted because we have definitively improved with culture, record and development. I can then pony up my pittance.
