You know it’s bad when even the announcers are mentioning how the fans have been calling for the change to Allen for a few weeks and the coaches are just now making the change.

It's not the quality of the opponent--this has been true for 3 years--we're better when he's on the field. He's a better runner and pass protector.

2 straight runs up the middle for a 1st down by NW. PSU responds by bringing in a 3rd LBer on the next play. (and NW tries to pass, but ends up being a QB scamper for 3 yards)

It was blown dead for at least two seconds. Maybe hard for Lane to hear that but the play was stopped.
