Clearly the problem at UCLA was coaching. MSU isn't great but for the second week in a row UCLA is playing with confidence and rhythm.

That 3rd and goal was blatant pass interference. And the no call in the first quarter was awful. It would have given Illinois 1st down at Ohio st 20 yard line.
They started at the 2 and in three tries did not score why would you think they were going to score from the 5. OSU has a defense. Texas scored 7 on them and Washington who is averaging 39 PPG and never scored less than 24 scored 6 at home vs OSU.

The fired UCLA coach, foster I think, must not have been a player friendly guy and maybe just not organized and a good head coach type. Ucla just quit in their earlier games but the coaching changes have lit a fire
Yeah, and on the Ohio St long pass where they ruled Jeremiah S. caught it but lost it after hitting out of bounds didnt you see the Illinois defender sticking his hands in on Smith before the ball got there and the defender was not playing the ball.
I think there is just way too much letting the defenders contact the receivers EARLY with their arms and hands where they catch the ball

It is way past time for the NCAA to put out guidance on the subbing BS. Give the offense 5 seconds to initiate a substitution after the play clock resets then mark the ball for play 10 seconds later.

Not B1G, but just saw Nick Brooks (the decommit from Cedar Rapids) is starting at left guard for Texas as a true frosh. He just got called for a holding penalty.
Juan Harris, I think he decommited three times. Played his freshman year before getting an injury and then transferring out.
