That's certainly not the way that Sanchez planned to spend his weekend. My guess is that he might be spending some weekends at home for a while. Thankfully no one lost their life over something nonsensical.

Supposedly, Sanchez has been arrested for a few misdemeanors:

"Sanchez was arrested at the hospital for battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication, all of which are misdemeanors," Indianapolis's police said in a statement via ESPN's Adam Schefter. "All involved parties have been identified, and no further individuals are being sought by detectives."


Keep in mind, the area may not still look exactly like this.. but it looks like the "alley" Sanchez was upset about the guy parking in was a normal place for drivers to pickup orders. At first I thought maybe Sanchez was being Citizen-Boy-Scout yelling at someone about a handicap spot... now I have no idea.. best guess might be he was at a table and a car parked next to him and its exhoust or thumping base pissing him off? No idea. Oh.. maybe he blocked in Sanchez car? Since he was booked on public intoxication that wouldn't be good.

Have to assume police know what they are doing on this one... or it could be this driver knows someone important.. you never know. I'd imagine a high-profile lawsuit will follow.. you never know what's going on these days.

The pictures of the truck driver are pretty bad...he really got messed up. The question is- did that happen before or after he stabbed Sanchez. If Mark did that to the guy first, oh boy...

looks like Sanchez would have also looked like a mountain to this man as well. Does not look good. Unless there is proof that Mark was just minding his own business and did not even confront this man - he will be toast.
I can't think of any reason a guy like Sanchez to get into it with someone for something like this.

Yea this isn’t “only” alcohol related. Been shite canned many a times in my life and very rarely did I run wind sprints. He had outside help. Thinking he may have been skiiing.

Shelby is dumb as usual. The 14th Amendment contains the words "citizens" and "persons." Citizens are a subgroup of persons, as if this has to be explained. But we are dealing with a moron.

Here is a quote from the 14th Amendment:

"nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

But such is the world we live in, when some morons don't understand basic civics. It is quite alarming.

Might have been drinkings few too many and just lost control of his senses , he was charged with public intoxication among other things and ,I believe, a charged with felony battery charges replacing his misdemeanor charges for battery with injury after the police found more information on what happened

I tried to find the citizen status of that driver but couldn't find any stating he's illegal , green card or a citizen
I can't say if he is or not, but either way the man was doing his job ( if everything I've been reading about what happened is true) and it shouldn't matter what his legal status is , when taking about what happened between him and Sanchez

I think if they are doing a pick-up after meal service is over for the day, I can see it taking place then. When I worked shipping/receiving at Rutgers bookstore as a student, we shared the loading dock at Ferren Mall with McDonald's. They would have their grease pick-ups in the morning.
