Donald Trump has stepped in to fund a government program (WIC) with tariff revenue.
This is not by happenstance. This is an intentional signal to the public.
This is to get people comfortable with the idea that this is how our government will be funded in the near future. Our Government will soon be funded via external revenues brought in through tariffs, and it is a beautiful thing...

They aren't external revenues - they are taxes paid by American citizens so not the flex you think it is.

The deal with Intel was a $9.4B given to Intel bc of their investment in America!
Ordinarily it’s paid thru tax payer money.
Trump negotiated a bargain price per share of Intel Stock at $20.47 / share. Within a few weeks the stock is over $30/share! 50% increase!!!
Trump managed to pay the $9.4B deal via the increase… without costing taxpayers a dime!!!
This is one of many “deals”!

Is this part of the sovereign wealth fund?
I think it's just a value on the balance sheet I guess since it's stock.
I wish we could phase out the social spending. But if we can't, it would be nice to have all that funded from interest from a Sovereign Wealth Fund. Heck I might even get on board with universal basic income if its funded by dividends from Indian, Chinese, other foreign stocks and not the American citizen.
