Iowa has lost more big games playing conservatively “not to lose” than they’ve won with that strategy.

Letting the RB go because they thought the play should have been dead, which led to IU's FG to end the half and all the blown & missed tackles in the 2nd half.

Not really. Iowa isn’t sending an all out blitz there with a 3 point lead. His miss allowed that play to happen.
