With going for. Points on the board quickly on first drive would have been huge.

Playing scared won’t win games, your deep in the red zone with the ability to either score or pick up the 1st… obviously hindsight is 20/20 but you pic that up and score, that’s way more momentum… it was a good call, we stopped them on D then went for the points and our kicker missed…

At some point we are going to have to go against tendency.

I get trying to control the ball, but running every first down, then trying to throw on 3rd and 5 or 6 is ending in disaster.

I wouldn’t say it’s playing completely scared, but yes it’s playing the game to try and not to lose, we need to play to win… you may have said go for the points, but I agreed with the call then, and still do… show confidence in your offense and your D… I’ll stand by the call all day everyday… the only argument you could make was our o-line was already getting owned so you knew it would be a hard pickup
