Final from last night (Thursday, September 18th):

Rice 28, Charlotte 17

I didn’t see any of this game, but suffice it to say, both teams looked better than PSU.

😞

Are we in the Twilight Zone? Did these announcers just say Rutgers is eyeing a BIG Championship and a playoff birth? On top of that, they labeled Iowa as a "playoff hopeful". Who wrote this introduction to the broadcast?

It's the 4th game of the season... everyone's goals and dreams are still achievable.

rutgres struck back quickly. Their passing game is working with Kadillacanus. 7-7.

One of the announcers said after the rutgres TD that iowa has had “one of the best defenses in the country forever”. For f*ck’s sake.

Ferentz’ second hand gum.

I hate Iowa and respect Schianno.

I thought this was supposed to be a low scoring game🤷🏼‍♂️

I was expecting more B1G biased officiating in favor of the winningest coach in B1G history.

Perhaps they’re saving it for the second half. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Rutgres’ d-line is undersized relative to Iowa’s O-line and their secondary grabs more than scUm’s.

Their defense will fade as the season proceeds when they start playing against teams that can play power football. Also, unless Rutgers is this good at passing, it appears as if Iowa’s secondary is pretty weak.

Rutgers lines up for a FG, then false starts to move it back 5 yards, and then the kicker doinks the kick off the upright.

I noticed this when Iowa was playing Iowa State. Whenever Iowa spreads their OL they’re very vulnerable to gap breakdowns.

The 1-1 Oklahoma St team that Oregon curb stomped is going to lose to 1-2 Tulsa 19 - 12. The Oregon win not looking so impressive now.
