***CC22 and the Fever mega thread***

It was a tough first game for the Fever. The shooting was terrible. Mitchell was the only player who could make anything and even she was only 1-4 from three. Lexi had some wide open shots, but finished 3-13 FG.. The Fever were 2-15 from three overall. They still had the Dream lead down to 5 at the end of the third quarter, but they couldn't sustain it. A bad stretch midway through the second quarter and another early in the 4th quarter lost the game for them. At least they get to play a home game this year.
The fact that they are playing 3 women they picked up the last month of the season ( and 1 of those actually playing point) they’ve stayed pretty competitive. Atlanta a bad match up for them in general. Big guards and a stocky (being nice, think Rick Mahorn) front line plus zero depth behind Boston, who of course got some cheap ****** fouls yesterday. While obviously they’d do better with CC they need more beef up front for sure. Both Lexi and Cunningham should be 18-20 minute players ideally.

Lexi Hull is 4-17 combined over these two playoff games. The Fever really need her to start hitting some shots.
These girls are allowed to mug Boston the entire game and yet she runs into wide load Jones and she gets the foul. And the explanation on that Howard foul was ridiculous.
Also glad they finally went to a 1-1-1 series so at least the Fever get a home game.
That is where KM at the PG hurts you...should have ran the clock down as much as possible.
turnovers and having Fran coach the Fever is leaving a mark.
