someone said millard south tampers with other high schools best football players and thats why they are so good.
then others say if your not cheating your not trying...all I know is my tax money for millard south feild seems to have been put to good use

To some extent "schools" will do this, I think most of the times the parents do it behind the scenes. @TheRealPeliniTheCrutch would know better than I would about. But it totally does happen.
Years ago I coached middle school football and one team basically became a select team, so like it combined 3 schools into one team. One of the Dads from that team was talking to me one day and he was like "You guys should have your team join with our team" and I was like "Yeah but there will be no one left to play against"
The open enrollment also causes so many problems.
