Yay the all purple! Perhaps it will work some magic
Memories of Francis Peay’s team in the rain beating Illinois.
Maybe Oregon can have a stomach bug epidemic like Oklahoma did many years ago, and the combination of the two can keep NU within two TD’s,
I genuinely love the grape attack unis. Probably my second favorite after the gothics.
That game was so much fun. Peay was a good man but it was pretty much a miracle that the NU powers that were at the the time (Weber but I think, very importantly Ken Kraft) got very lucky with the GB hire. Made for some of the best memories for many of us.
Looks like rain is in the forecast….
I will say they are the Ducks. I love when their field announcer declares “It’s always Sunny at Autzen Stadium“ at the start of every home game, despite all evidence to the contrary.
