How would Gronk do under center at another school?

I am talking like OSU, PSU, Oregon etc? I wonder how he would fair in a more pass happy system unlike Iowa’s confusing offense in which needs to go and not be so complex. I still think if we had a pure running qb aka Brad Banks type of QB Iowa would be better off… I just don’t get this “curse” that seems to be a dark cloud over Iowa’s passing game the last 5 or so years… what gives? Bad recruiting or bad evaluating talent and right QB that would fit the Iowa system so to speak

This Gronowski thing is making no sense to me. Still cant understand how an accomplished, veteran quarterback gets the jitters against Albany- a team that he demolished a couple of years ago. Apparently those jitters lasted the entire game and the pass he threw into the dirt to a wide open receiver in the end zone was one of the worst I have seen in 60 years of watching the hawks

PSU has had less than stellar WR play the last few years per analysts but Grono would look very good with OSU and ORegon's WRs and maybe PSU's receivers are better this year.

Many times our QBs throw into tight windows and the last Iowa QB who could really do that well was CJB. Give a QB like GRono big windows and he would be very good

Stanley could throw into some tight windows as well. He could sling it when he was in rhythm. Give any average QB big windows and they would be very good.

The guy threw for 10,000 yards against lower division teams but he also started 50+- games. He was a very good football player surrounded by good talent at that level. It’s not like he was lighting up the stat sheet with 300 yard games every week and add in a shoulder injury. He will be 24 years old in a few weeks, he is what he is.

Do.not be critical of anyone if you do not know their name. You do not know him personally, so do not use his or anyone else's nick name!!!

I’ve lived several decades amongst SDSU fans, several who are friends and acquaintances. I have never heard any one of them refer to Gronowski as “Gronk”.
Do they just call him ‘Mark’?🤪
