Tailgating plans for the Miami game?

We're looking at being in the Black Lot somewhere in the 10:30-11 range. Younger son Corey is joining me. Looks like we may have a few less people because they have other commitments. (How dare they go on vacation to Italy!!!) But still should have a good crowd. I did all the food prep for the last tailgate, so others are doing most of it for this one.

Blue Lot - 11:30 or so, both my daughter(RU 2022) and son (current RU junior) are bringing 3-4 friends in addition to my wife and I.

Skirt Steak, Burgers, snacks. Anticipating a hot day so lots of cold mixed drinks(margaritas, daiquiris, whiskey sours) and various beers/seltzers.

Pre lunch: chorizo burritos & taquitos, pork roll/egg/cheese sandwiches
Lunch: Taco bar, Mexican Rice, beans, tostadas, empanadas & churros

I will NEVER understand why the POTENTIAL for a possible shower late in the tailgate (looks LIKELY to be dry tailgate and majority of game) in WARM WEATHER would ever "stress" anyone out. I just don't get it (ESPECIALLY on a PAVED lot).

I don't enjoy sitting outside when it is precipitating. If I did I'd work in the oil patch or did a career in the army. As it is, I work too hard to spend my limited free time getting pissed on.

Setup is 7AM....we'll be handing out samples by 8...and you'll love it I promise! Even non-tequila fans drink it without making a face!!!

Greek Church Patio - This week will be Mediterranean grilled meatballs on pita. Our group has about 12-15 so still waiting for the additional menu Items. The pitas will have lettuce, chopped tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.

As a true olive-skinned Mediterranean (grandparents were all from Greece) I gotta ask: WTF is a "Mediterranean grilled meatball?" The "big 2" are Italian (polpettas) and Greek (keftedes) so help me out here??!! Sounds like - based on everything else (toppings) - these are Keftedes so why not just say "Greek?" Or do you guys put a twist on the traditioinal keftede recipe? Thx!!!

Bringing 4 friends from China who will be attending their first major college football game. Tailgating at 11am, pep rally, boardwalk and hopefully dry pregame show and first quarter so they can get the full experience
