Ok...what did they get him for and did it deserve the treatment he received?

Actually almost every politician both Democratic and Republican and nearly everybody in Washington DC has their hand out taking CONSULTING FEES like its free candy.

There are laws regarding how this is done.

Manafort was doing what was the typical take the money just like many others do. The only problem was he was attached to Trump so the Democrats went after him.

Hunter Biden and the Biden Cabal were all guilty of the same as Paul Manafort.

Again it us just who has the hammer and who is the nail at the moment.

YES THAT IS DISGUSTING FOR AMERICA

onK, I have no faith you’d care what it was. He plead guilty, for the record, and it wasn’t for checking a primary residence box on an application

The DOJ has this thing coercion

If you agree to plead guilty the DOJ will not charge your family and wife and children

The guy pleaded to protect his family

Done all the time Makes you happy when your enemy gets done that

Upsets you when it happens to a friend

The bad side of partisan politics

LAWFARE AT ITS WORSE

Sorry, I like my chiefs of staff to be lily white

That’s a tall order

I agree in principle with your values on this

Sometimes people get near a radioactive person and it poisons them some

Like with elections and voting we have to vote for whats on the ballot or don ‘t vote at all

We don’t vote for the BEST CANDIDATE

We vote for the one that disgusts us tge least LOL

I would suggest you might never fill that position based on your standards LOL

I did not marry my wife on being perfect

Matter of fact if I judged every person to inly associate with lily white folk I would start by getting off Tiger Illustrated

Then never speaking to my wife and children

Never going to church again

Moving to a remote mountain hideout

That should cover the doing the lily white thing for me LOL

Definitely My point, a call back if you will

Matter of semantics and what level of purity you need

I only want people who are authentic, genuine, kind , honest and have a sense of accountability

For example I would not care if the lady was not a virgin or had a weight to height proportional to being healthy

My reference to lily white falls under ethical standards needed for the position that is being filled

If you were applying for a position and I was interviewing you it would come out pretty quick that you would not work well in a team environment

I would have to find a place for you where you were not in social interaction as you are combative on every issue and do not appear to be able to compromise but seek division and chaos

When someone is trying to accomplish a goal or make money one has to fit the people to
the needs and game

To help with what I am saying I would suggest that you concentrate on stuff like individual sports of tennis and golf if that was my business as the performance or money you made for me would all be on you

No excuses and no locker room disorder

You either make it on your own or I would humanely and with kindness FIRE YOU

Not with any malice but business bro

That’s my thinking on lily white requirements if it makes sense to you

If it doesn’t make sense OK LOL

Let do this differently

If I want to hire a ***** to prostitute herself out my standards for hiring are lower and fitting the lily-white mold for whores is acceptable

If I hire a person like a Federal Banking Governor one expects certain higher standards of trust to be maintained relative to the public

If they don't maintain those lily-white standards in respect to the position, then they don't need to be in that position

As you have announced how smart you are and how dumb I am, I thought I would go back and comment on one of your prior, very incisive, posts.

Trying to clean up on ails 1 I guess What is "ails 1?" Was that supposed to be "Aisle 1?" You missed by a mile.

OK Ned since I judge you to be an open minded person let me add to the educational process based on my life experienced. The word you were searching for, unsuccessfully, was "experiences."

As of today fo share a personal fun story my wife inherited two small lots from my father in law that he bought one night when I was dating his daughter somewhere around 1965 for $250. The word you were searching for, unsuccessfully, was "to."
To her credit I tell that just keep them and give them to our grandchildren when they are ready for college and then let them sell them to pay for college. "I tell that just keep them." You want to try that again, this time in English?

On your being in the military my son and I with me being the lazy one bought and remodeled and rented houses particularly of military members in Charleston and Columbia SC where in many cases they would a house "They would a house?" Tell me more, but please do so in English.

Anyway with all that explanation I must say that I have no dam idea and don’t what the hell @LafayetteBear is talking about where they ask the property owner to answer question. You "don't what the hell?" For the first time, I agree. You obviously don't. English, please.

The only things I get for property evaluations from the tax assessor is the te-evaluation notices and a tax due notice from the County Treasurer. What in the heck is a "te-evaluation notice?"

I am clueless. I totally agree with you here. At least you recognize that you have a problem.

Like I said, pollyanna........
Yep. Pollyanna as all get out. Manafort was pardoned. Had that not occurred, he would still be in jail. And here I thought you said that "if you commit a crime you should be punished." LOL, dude.

Sorry, Trump Cultist. That "everyone does it, they're all the same" argument does not cut it. Manafort was meeting with Russian cutouts, taking Russian money, and trying to subvert the 2016 election, while also failing to report foreign income on his federal and state income tax returns. Jailing him on the latter was easy, but he did a whole lot worse than that. He reminds me of Al Capone in that regard.

For a lawyer you sure don't know the answer before you ask the question. I love it when in a hole someone doubles down and digs deeper.

I used to travel in my work, and I was considered an expert in the area regarding military facilities CONUS AND OCONUS. The laugh I would always get was my superiors in management would always say keep your mouth shut as much as possible in preliminary meetings because when you open your mouth and the THICK HEAVY GULLAH GEJEE CAJUN ACCENT comes out the base dudes are going to think hick and country bumpkin. No way this dude is so country and knows what he is doing. LOL

That was a marketing issue with people perceptions of Southern White Country Boys cannot be experts an only Coat and Ties with polished perfect protocols could fit that bill coming the typical military industrial complex up in the Virginia area or big companies.

I am kind of feeling this with you on your posting and writings. The point is you have opened your mouth and revealed yourself and doubled down on ignorance and lack of experience.

Your Words: I sure hope the Florida taxing authorities don't find out about that.

My Words: Been doing it forever and still am till I die and real estate attorneys I work with in Florida are doing it too for me. I will go with MY proven experience and expert advice PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONAL FOLKS IN FLORIDA TO ME and not some off the wall uninformed novice wet behind the ear's wannabe rookie so called expert @LafayetteBear When you hit a minimum of 300 transactions get back to me and we can talk.

Your Words: In Florida, all real property is subject to annual assessment as of January 1 each year by the county property appraiser.

My Words: I would say you answered your own question does Trump set the Property evaluation. NEVER. Like Trump We typically receive any reassessment notice; however, Trump nor I have no interaction with the assessor's office unless I wish to contest the latest tax assessment. Same with Trump.

In an attempt to educate you on my experience I feel typical I need to add. The assessed value is NOT THE MARKET VALUE. THE MARKET VALUE is what someone will pay for it. Business 101 for Dummies. Florida may reassess yearly, but South Carolina is typically every 5 years with a guy with a tape and ruler and comparing recent sales price or comps based on registered real estate sales prices which they have.

Trumps Mar Largo could bring 2 billion. Yes, that is with a B. The court and DA were totally dishonest at evaluating it at 18 million and not allowing expert real estate appraisers explain the actual value. LAWFARE AT IT'S FINEST.

DUDE STOP ARGUING FROM LOW GROUND AND AN UNINFORMED POSTITION. I LOVE IT WHEN YOU SAID YOU READ ABOUT IT. I DON'T READ ABOUT IT. I AM DOING IT.

Hope you don't take this as being disrespectful. Just my experiences are real world and typical. It does NOT AGREE WITH YOUR ATTEMPTED NARRATIVE.
You poor moron. You droned on at length, but nowhere in all that verbal diarrhea did you even attempt to respond to my previously noting that: (1) Florida law requires a reassessment to full market value upon an arms length sale of Florida real property; (2) such reassessment typically relies heavily on the purchase price the new owner paid for the property; or (3) the County Assessor would therefore need information concerning the purchase price and terms. You ignored it completely, which is probably why many folks regard you as an ignoramus. Good thing your family had some real property to give to you. Hopefully, you have not pissed it all away.

I must say you are truly desperate to try to save your totally uninformed words of ignorance by criticizing my grammar snd sentence structure.

Just to make you aware my typing on a cell phone having reading glasses is a little challenging.

My position is I prefer being right on the subject matter than perfect on the grammatical portion.

Please continue on your defense of fairey tale stories and narratives you hawk.

As in a post you include some statement regarding my lack of FAN CLUB MEMBERS in this site.

I did not join nor care if my likes and fan club has followers.

Next because I like being accurate Tuesday I plan to call down to Florida and speak to some County Assessors and possibly Treasurers down in Florida particularly near Tampa and Jacksonville to discuss your claims that again I have never heard of even though I have properties in Florida.

My conclusion with yourself and several other posters on here is that you love to fabricate narratives and hope people don’t show up to refute your liberal mob NARCISSISTIC behavior.

You dudes hate when you are outed.

I want to clarify that I don’t think you are personally moronic. You are probably very bright and intelligent. Your trying to push moronic ideas or narratives is what I am referring to. That is what one calls “wasting one’s life”.

Hope that explains my use of moronic.

I never claimed that Trump "set the tax assessment or market value" of any of his Florida real property. The County Assessor for the County in which the subject real property is located does that, and I said so expressly. I ALSO said that:

1. Florida real property is reassessed both annually (subject to a cap) and fully upon various forms of change in ownership;

2. A change in ownership resulting from a sale of real property is going to result in a full reassessment to the current fair market value of that property; and

3. If the property in question was sold in an arms' length transaction, the reassessed value is likely to be heavily influenced by the purchase price paid for that property.. (Which is likely to mean that the County Assessor will be looking for purchase price (and other) information from the new owner.)

All of the foregoing facts were easily determinable from a relatively brief Internet search. Moreover, you have, at least thus far, studiously declined to respond to or otherwise address ANY of these facts, instead continuing to blather about how knowledgeable you are and how you pity my law clients. You now bring your daughter into the mix, advising me she is a member of the Florida bar. If she agrees with you on this subject, then it is a miracle that she obtained an undergraduate degree, much less obtained a law degree and passed the Florida bar exam. I hope you have some of that real property to pass on to her, as it appears she will need financial help.

Trump must know something the rest of us don't...You don't fire someone because of allegations. She should have her chance to explain the reasons why she did what she did. There might well be a reasonable explanation. Or this might be another instance of fire, aim, ready

What standards do you hold your lard and savior to?

Dear Mr. @dpic73

Thank you for handing me a Golden Jewel to respond to as to YOUR literacy. Your making fun of my English is fair as I use my cell phone a lot and with fat fingers and low light for eyes it makes it difficult.

Your gaff really has me laughing.

Requesting what standard does one hold the lard to.
Lard is rendered pig fat usually from fat of pig bellies used in frying by us old timers stored under the counter back in the day.

To answer your question one normally strains the lard and keeps it in a cool location with a cover to prevent flies, ants and other rodents from getting into the excellent cooking grease

Now that we have covered that let’s move to correct capitalization. The word savior in the manner you referred to it refers to the Christian side of a person.

The correct grammatical spelling is Savior for savior. In the future I suggest improving your Karma with the unknown as one never knows what they don’t know.

Have a great day and work on your Grammar and Dictionary knowledge.
